Carefully disassemble your Vetsak® products and place them back into their original packaging, ensuring all covers and internal foam components are included.

Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized courier service to collect larger furniture items from your doorstep.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
